When and Where?

The hackathon will take place on March 16th, 2019 from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM at 01 (219 NW 20th St #104, Miami, FL 33127)

The location is subject to change depending on the number of registered competitors.

How much does it cost?

The event is free!

What is the prize?

The prizes are TBA

Is food provided?

Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks will be provided

What do I need to Bring?

You will need to bring all necessary forms, your computers/laptops, and anything else you feel necessary to develop your projects and presentations. You will be provided with outlets. All competing students must bring their official school IDs.

Who can compete?

Any high school student who is at least 13 years old. All students must be registered by their teacher sponsors. Each school is eligible to sponsor up to three teams of 4 students per team. Each school must have at least one teacher sponsor present at the event. Each team must have at least one programmer and one artist. (The artist is anyone who develops a creative element for the project. This can be art, a logo, a design, or music.)

How much experience do I need?

No experience is necessary beyond at least one team member beyond able to do some programming. The experience you need is dependent on the project you are interested in developing.
